Waiting Time:
Waiting charges begin 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on
departures. After 5 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled
departure. Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly.
Train schedules cannot be monitored therefore billing begins at the scheduled
pick-up time.
Cancellations:
Round Trips must be canceled as two separate reservations. The full trip cost
plus 20% service charge will be charged for any cancellation less than 3 hours
before scheduled pick-up time. A credit card is required for reservation.
No-Show Fee:
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% Service charge will be charged
when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid
this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying
G&S Limousine.
Surcharges:
-There is a $25.00 surcharge for service scheduled between midnight and 5:00
am.
-All rates exclude 20% gratuity.
-There is a $25.00 surcharge for service
scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and after 5:00 p.m.
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Methods of Payment:
We accept cash and most major credit cards, American Express, Master Card
and Visa cards.
Hourly Rates:
Hourly rates are Billed from the time the driver leaves the G&S Limousine
facility until the time he returns.Fractions of an hour are charges at a
half-hour rate.
Disclaimer:
G&S Limousine reserves the right to cancel any Service without
Refund, If the Operator or the Office feels that the Renter/Party of the
Renter is putting the Operator or The Mode of Transportation or The
Renter/Party of the Renter in danger of Injury. Or if the Renter/Party of the
Renter is in the possession of any Illegal Material or Substance, this service
will be canceled without refund. This is without exception.
Liability:
G&S Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control
including weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
G&S Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged
baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.
